Hero-Arkadag Meets with Chairman of Rönesans Holding

Ashgabat, June 29 – National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held a meeting with Mr. Erman Ilıcak, Chairman of the Board of Rönesans Holding.

Mr. Ilıcak expressed his sincere gratitude for the opportunity to meet and conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to Hero-Arkadag on his birthday and on the second anniversary of the founding of the city of Arkadag. He wished him good health, long life, and continued success in his wide-reaching endeavors. The businessman also noted that he is always pleased to visit Turkmenistan, his historic homeland.

The Chairman emphasized that a large-scale urban development program had been initiated by Hero-Arkadag and is now being successfully implemented under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. He stated that Rönesans Holding is honored to contribute to this initiative and expressed deep appreciation to both Hero-Arkadag and the President for this opportunity.

Thanking Mr. Ilıcak for his kind words, Hero-Arkadag acknowledged Rönesans Holding’s long-standing presence in the Turkmen market, describing it as a reliable partner whose completed projects meet international standards.

Both sides expressed confidence that the meeting would serve as a platform to review the current state of cooperation and explore new directions for further development.

It was noted that relations between Turkmenistan and Türkiye continue to evolve dynamically, exemplified by mutually beneficial and constructive partnerships—particularly driven by the deep historical and cultural ties between the two nations.

Special attention was given to the successful collaboration in the private sector, where significant experience has been accumulated over the years.

Hero-Arkadag expressed satisfaction with Rönesans Holding’s active involvement in key projects across Turkmenistan, especially in urban construction, the oil and gas sector, and the chemical industry. He praised the company’s work and reaffirmed Turkmenistan’s readiness to further expand cooperation based on this positive track record.

In turn, Mr. Ilıcak thanked Hero-Arkadag and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for their trust and support, and assured that Rönesans Holding would continue to fulfill its contractual obligations with a high sense of responsibility.
