A NEW ISSUE OF THE JOURNAL HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

Recently, a new issue of the scientific and methodological journal "Bilim" of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has been published.It is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of our country's permanent Neutrality. The articles were published in the following sections: "30 Years of Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan: New Perspectives on Education," "Scientific Articles," "Preschool Education," "General Education School," and "Higher Education."

The first pages of the journal feature the wise thoughts of our esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov about Turkmenistan's permanent Neutrality, its role in strengthening peace and security worldwide, expanding friendly and fraternal relations, and ensuring peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable development.

Articles such as "Neutrality of Turkmenistan: Harmony of National Roots, Pedagogical and Philosophical Views" and "Turkmen Neutrality: A Guarantee of Trust and Peace" explain in detail the role of Turkmen Neutrality in strengthening the state's political and economic position in the world during the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a Powerful  State. They also highlight its domestic and foreign policy, which is based on the principles of trust and friendship, international initiatives for the benefit of all mankind, and the work being done to popularize these initiatives globally. It is noted that in the Year of International Peace and Trust, the national model of Turkmen Neutrality is destined for great successes on the world arena.

The articles published in the "Scientific Articles" section describe the comprehensive development and fundamental improvement of our country's science, education, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries during the years of Neutrality. This progress has been achieved with the immense care of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and through the introduction of the latest achievements in technology and equipment into these and other systems. Modern directions and tasks for training specialists in the process of integrating the national education system into the global educational space are determined, and the increasing unifying power of global efforts for neutrality is emphasized. It is noted that the power and value of our Hero Arkadag's philosophy of peace with a positive Neutrality has acquired deep meaning and content as a category of peace creation. The successful continuation of the great work initiated by our Hero Arkadag is reflected in the wise leadership of our esteemed President.

Special attention is also paid to articles devoted to the progress achieved in medical education and science during the years of neutrality, the progress made in teaching the official languages of the UN during this historical period, and issues related to studying the Doctrine of Neutrality of our Hero Arkadag.

The journal's "Preschool Education" section includes articles titled "Instilling a love for humanistic values in children during Their Early Development" and "Forming National Feelings in Infants is an Important Task." They state that comprehensive work is being successfully implemented to develop the natural talents and abilities of the young generation, who are our future, to increase their motivation for study, and to guide them on a clear life path. Furthermore, it is highlighted that all conditions have been created by our esteemed President and Hero Arkadag for their national upbringing and the development of noble qualities.
