ES "IT Platform – Digital Solution" – training center for technological innovations

In accordance with the Program "Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052," active work is underway in the country to train specialists of international level in the field of communications and telecommunications, as well as to create projects aimed at the implementation of IT technologies and the realization of technological inventions.

An important contribution to solving these tasks is made by the economic society "IT Platform – Digital Solution," established on the basis of the Turkmenistan Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics. This economic society operates in various areas of the IT sector and simultaneously serves as a training center focused on developing the knowledge and abilities of young people, as well as enhancing the qualifications of teachers.

The center conducts courses and practical sessions in areas such as the creation of automated data processing systems, network technologies, cybersecurity, and others. Currently, talented youth studying at "IT Platform – Digital Solution" are developing software that is successfully implemented in various sectors of our country.

Teachers and students of the Turkmenistan Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics, as well as students from capital’s schools, visit the economic society outside of class hours to apply the theoretical knowledge they have gained in practice. This opportunity opens great prospects for young people to master practical methods of working with modern technologies.

"IT Platform – Digital Solution" also acts as a connecting link in the science–education–production system, offering a wide range of services in the field of IT technologies. These include the implementation of electronic document management systems, software development, creation and administration of accounting and data processing systems, website creation, and design services.

Major digital projects implemented by the economic society "IT Platform – Digital Solution" have contributed to the introduction of modern information technologies in various sectors of the country. Automated information systems, software, and mobile applications introduced in strategic sectors such as agriculture, education, transport and logistics, communications and telecommunications have helped make the activities of government institutions more efficient, flexible, and transparent.

A number of digital solutions prepared by the economic society, including the "Geoinformation System of Land Cadastre," "Information and Management System of Education," "School System," and "Personal Account," have been patented and registered with the authorized intellectual property body of Turkmenistan. The recognition of these solutions is clear evidence that the innovative capabilities of "IT Platform – Digital Solution" are developing not only technically but also legally.

It is especially noteworthy that since 2024, informatics Olympiads for schoolchildren have been regularly held with the active participation of "IT Platform – Digital Solution". These events have resonated with young people and have become a good tradition, contributing to the improvement of computer literacy and professional orientation of students.

Thus, the economic society "IT Platform – Digital Solution," making a worthy contribution to the country's digital development strategy, also creates broad opportunities for revealing the innovative potential of youth.
