Friendship Festival to Be Held in Awaza

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during his working trip to the Balkan velayat, visited the site of the upcoming Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, where cultural and humanitarian events will take place.

Here, Hero Arkadag was presented with renovation projects for facilities intended for cultural events in the Awaza center, along with layouts showing their proposed locations.

Among the designs were plans for theatrical interactive sea fountains, a teahouse, playgrounds, samples of marble sculptures, chairs, lighting systems, and fences to be installed in the water areas and the center, as well as the stage decoration for performances.

It was noted that comprehensive preparations are underway for the cultural program of the international forum, which will be held on the seashore. A unique Friendship Festival will also be organized as part of the event, with representatives from Central Asia and other countries expressing strong interest in participating.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people gave his recommendations to the relevant officials regarding the international forum and its associated events.
