Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Rwanda held a telephone conversation

On July 15, 2025, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda, Olivier Nduhungirehe.
During the conversation, the sides discussed key areas of bilateral relations and issues related to the preparation for the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3).
The Foreign ministers considered the establishment of diplomatic relations on July 14, 2025, as a foundation for strengthening mutual trust and developing bilateral cooperation.
