The head of Turkmenistan made a working visit to the Balkan velayat

On July 30, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov left for the Balkan velayat. The head of state got acquainted with the preparations for the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries. This was reported by the state information agency "Turkmenistan Today".
Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived at the Turkmenbashi International Airport, where the officials who met him congratulated the head of state on the successful modernization of this international aviation hub.
The president also visited the venues of the international forum and cultural events in the Avaza National Tourist Zone. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov reported on the work done on the territory of the complex.
Having completed his working visit to the Balkan velayat, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov returned to Ashgabat.
The working visit of the head of Turkmenistan to the Balkan velayat clearly demonstrated the scale of the work being carried out to organize the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries at a high level.
