Turkmenistan and Qatar considered prospects for developing cooperation between humanitarian funds

Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care Oguljahan Atabayeva met with the Secretary of State for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Maryam bint Ali Al-Missned, who arrived in our country to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.

Having thanked Maryam bint Ali Al-Missned for her active participation in the work of the International Conference, the Vice President for Medical Activities of the Foundation, taking the opportunity, conveyed warm greetings from the Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan to the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

Noting that it was a great honor for her to participate in the International Conference of such a high level, the guest emphasized that this Forum was another important step in uniting the efforts of landlocked developing countries. Thanking for the warm welcome given on Turkmen soil, Maryam bint Ali Al-Missned expressed admiration for the magnificent appearance of Avaza, emphasizing that the conditions created here are exemplary for the whole world.

The parties noted the importance of developing bilateral cooperation between humanitarian funds.

During the meeting, the guest emphasized the historical significance of holding the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries in the "International Year of Peace and Trust" declared by the United Nations General Assembly on the initiative of Turkmenistan.
