Students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan take part in summer German language courses organized within the framework of the program German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) from July 28 to 30 august.
According to the results of the preliminary selection of candidates, 11 students from 8 universities of Turkmenistan received the right to participate in a language internship in Germany. Among them are students of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering and the Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli, International University of Humanities and Development, State Medical University of Turkmenistan named after Myrat Garryev, University of Engineering and Technology Turkmenistan named after Oguz Khan, the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute.
Educational events for students are conducted according to modern standards methods under the guidance of experienced specialists based on a number of leading universities in Germany. Internship participants attend meaningful classes aimed at deepening and expanding professional abilities and experience, enriching linguistic knowledge and communication skills.
As part of the intensive internship program, students not only improve their knowledge of the German language, but also get to know the history and culture of Germany in detail.
The participation of Turkmen students in summer language courses contributes to the further expansion of scientific and educational cooperation between Turkmenistan and Germany.
It should be noted that the largest provider of scholarships in Germany for foreigners is the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD It is a long-standing partner of Turkmenistan in the field of foreign language teaching. Since 1997, the DAAD service in Ashgabat has been providing consultations on education in Germany, scholarship programs for students, university graduates, and researchers.
DAAD actively participates in educational events in secondary schools and universities of Turkmenistan, and also maintains constant contacts with Turkmen graduates of DAAD.
DAAD programs in Turkmenistan are aimed at strengthening ties between the two countries in the fields of science, education and culture.
