Sharing Experience – Enhancing Professional Excellence

In our country, the Hero Arkadag and the Arkadagly Hero Serdar are carrying out large-scale efforts to improve the national education system. The successful implementation of such comprehensive initiatives has had a significant impact on the development of our country's library system and on the professional growth of librarians. Recently, the August Conference of Education Workers was held at Specialized Secondary School No. 19 in Magtymguly etrap, Balkan velayat. During the conference, special attention was given to methodological and practical training for school librarians. School librarians delivered various presentations on topics proposed by the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan, which were then discussed by the participants. This reflects the strong momentum with which preparations for the new academic year are underway. The speeches addressed decisions arising from programs adopted for the development of our country’s library system, as well as the planned measures for their implementation. We express our deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Hero Arkadag, and to the Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their boundless care for the bright future of Turkmen youth.
