Sanly Bilim digital platform at the service of students

At the threshold of the new academic year, schoolchildren and students are actively reviewing and consolidating previously covered material in order to better prepare themselves for acquiring new knowledge. The digital platform Sanly Bilim helps them with this by uniting educational resources and services for convenient access.

The centralized service and information portal of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan operates on the principle of a "Single Window." After registering and receiving a unique ID, users gain access through a personal account to various educational platforms, including the electronic library E-kitaphana and the Ukyply nesil resource with video lessons.

The platform Ukyply gathers lectures and presentations on history, art, music, literature, science, philosophy, and foreign language study. The online lessons are intended not only for students but also for teachers mastering modern technologies.

The platform E-kitaphana helps users find books by Turkmen authors, including textbooks. It features literature from various professional fields, foreign language textbooks, books on history, literature, and the native language. Users can read editions online or download them in PDF format to mobile devices.

In addition to educational resources, the Sanly Bilim platform provides access to specialized services. These include E-mekdep—a unified electronic environment for interaction between teachers, parents, and schoolchildren, as well as E-bakja, which is specially created for parents of children attending preschool institutions.

Moreover, through the Sanly bilim hyzmatlary service, users can pay for a wide range of educational services, including courses, professional training, and higher education.

The platform also includes a news section with the latest events and important materials in the field of education.

The project, implemented within the framework of the Concept for the Development of the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan, aims to increase the accessibility of educational services through information and communication technologies. The implementation of the Sanly Bilim platform is an important step towards developing the country’s intellectual potential and preparing the youth for the challenges of the digital era.
