On August 21, the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan, in collaboration with local public organizations, held its annual "Back to School" campaign. As part of the initiative, 50 sets of school supplies were presented to children with disabilities and those from vulnerable families to help them prepare for the new academic year.
This marks the fourth consecutive year the EU Delegation has organized this event, underscoring its unwavering commitment to inclusive education. Ambassador Beata Paks personally distributed the gifts, noting that the school kits are not merely supplies but "tools for discovery and creativity."
An exhibition was also held as part of the event, showcasing books by Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. The exhibit also featured achievements of students in various competitions, Olympiads, and sports, as well as examples of national decorative and applied arts.
