Cotton harvest in Turkmenistan to start on September 10

During a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the digital system, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov announced that the cotton harvest campaign in the country will begin on September 10. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.
The head of state, noting that an important and responsible time has come in agriculture, gave his blessing to begin harvesting cotton in all velayats and asked the venerable elders, according to the established good tradition, to start the harvest. Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished great success in their work to cotton growers and all workers of the country's agricultural sector.
The President of Turkmenistan also instructed to conduct high-quality winter sowing of wheat with high-quality seeds for next year's harvest and effectively use the technical park of the agricultural sector.
