Recently, the Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory, in collaboration with the Nury Bayramov Library branch of the Centralized Library System under the Ashgabat City Department of Culture, held a musical and advisory event titled "Good advice ensures success" This event had a particularly strong impact on student youth.
Specialists of the library who spoke at the event discussed the features of public councils in our country and shared information about the progress, milestones, and achievements attained under the leadership of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. Under the guidance of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (People’s Council) of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held a meeting on August 20 of this year. During this meeting, important issues related to the organization of this nationwide forum and the high-level celebration of the glorious 30th anniversary of our country’s permanent Neutrality were discussed. Based on the Constitutional Law of Turkmenistan "On the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan," the date of the Halk Maslahaty session was determined, the composition of the organizational group was approved, and relevant documents were signed. Additionally, our Hero Arkadag issued appropriate instructions for conducting comprehensive preparatory work in the regions of the country to ensure the Halk Maslahaty session is held at the highest level. Our people have always set an example for future generations through wise sayings such as: "A robe sewn together will never be too short", "Measure seven times, cut once", "A true friend is known through counsel", "In unity, even mountains can be conquered." Therefore, every state initiative begins with discussions among the people, consultations with the older generation, and reliance on their life experience and established traditions. The upcoming session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, to be held during the grand celebrations of the 34th anniversary of our sacred Independence, is a vivid testament to the triumph of national state traditions in our new era—a worthy continuation of our ancestors' custom of beginning every important endeavor with counsel and consultation. During the event, a festive book exhibition titled "The Epic of the Languages of Independent Turkmenistan" was organized at the conservatory’s library, dedicated to the glorious 34th anniversary of our Independence. Additionally, a Q&A session was held among the student youth based on the books—sources of wisdom—by our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. At the exhibition, library specialists proudly highlighted the wise words of our Arkadagly Hero Serdar: "In the Revival of a New Era of a Powerful State, our achievements, victories, stability, and happiness stem from our national pride—Independence." Our country’s accomplishments in science, education, and culture, the deep respect for our traditions, language, and religion—affirmed as national values—and the effective use of our land’s riches to build an advanced way of life are all sweet fruits of programs focused on both the near and distant future. During the festive ceremony, musical performances by conservatory students provided spiritual delight to the participants. At the end of the event, the attendees expressed their boundless gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who bring great deeds to life for the present and future of the Turkmen people, proclaiming "A homeland is only a homeland with its people!", "A state is only a state with its people!".
