Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad hosted a golf tournament

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad organized a friendly golf tournament and a subsequent gala reception to celebrate the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence and 30th anniversary of neutrality. The event was held jointly with the management of the Pines Golf Club in Islamabad.

The tournament was attended by ambassadors, diplomats accredited to Pakistan, and experienced Pakistani golfers.

The atmosphere of the competition was marked by a spirit of friendship, sporting competition, and mutual respect. Following the tournament, the Embassy of Turkmenistan presented commemorative prizes and gifts to the players with the best results.

Following the sports portion of the tournament, a gala reception was held, with Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Tshamid Asghar Khan, as the chief guest.

Guests noted the warm and friendly atmosphere of the evening, expressing their appreciation for the high level of organization of the event, which was another contribution to strengthening cultural, humanitarian, and diplomatic ties between Turkmenistan and Pakistan.
