President of Turkmenistan appoints hyakims of new districts in four provinces

On October 3, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Tangryguly Atakhallyev reported at a government meeting on the results of activities in the sector under his supervision for the January–September 2025 period, as well as on ongoing agricultural work in the provinces.

In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister reported that, in accordance with a Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, new district administrations (hyakimliks) have been established in the following areas:

The staff structures and organizational charts of these newly established hyakimliks have been approved.

The Head of State emphasized that during the recently held session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, a resolution was adopted to create several new districts (etraps) in the country. In this regard, the President signed documents on the appointment of hyakims and deputy hyakims for certain districts in Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary provinces, and wished the new leaders success in their work.
