Delegation of the Oguz han Engineering and technology university of Turkmenistan on a Working Visit to Tokyo, Japan

The delegation of the Oguz han Engineering and technology university of Turkmenistan undertaking a working visit to Japan, on October 2–8, 2025, with the purpose of adopting advanced knowledge and scientific practices.

Within the framework of the visit, the university representatives held meetings at Tohkemy Corporation, one of the world’s well-known companies in the production of water purification equipment.

This working visit was organized on the basis of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Oguz han Engineering and technology university of Turkmenistan and “Tohkemy Corporation”, Japan.

“Tohkemy Corporation” is considered one of the leading companies in the world successfully conducting scientific research in the field of water purification, wastewater treatment, and desalination systems.

During the meetings, the parties discussed strengthening cooperation, developing a concrete action plan for joint projects, and achieving common goals.

One of the main areas of the visit was to explore cooperation opportunities related to the installation of mobile desalination equipment and wastewater treatment systems.

The meetings held became an important step in expanding the international cooperation of the Oguz han Engineering and technology university of Turkmenistan, adopting advanced practices, and opening up new opportunities.
