Dancers from Turkmenistan performed at an Intercultural dance event in Almaty

As part of the "Dance Turkmenistan!" project, from September 22 to October 3, three dancers from Turkmenistan – Allamurat Saparov, Rovshen Baymuradov, and Maral Khamragulyeva – took part in an intercultural dance event held in the city of Almaty at the Jolda Dance Theatre.
Over the course of two weeks, the Turkmen dancers attended master classes led by local specialists and engaged with representatives of theatrical and dance groups.
Under the guidance of a curator, the Turkmen dancers refined their own performance concepts for the final showcase, which took place on October 3 at the Jolda Dance Theatre – a Kazakhstani dance company known for its bold experimentation and international projects.
