AN EDUCATIONAL COMPETITION ENTITLED "THE SOURCE OF CULTURAL INSPIRATION" WAS HELD

In the Year of “International Peace and Trust”, on the occasion of the remarkable 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Neutrality, in accordance with the plan approved by Order No.42 of the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan dated February 14, 2025, an educational competition entitled “Culture is the Source of Inspiration” was held at the Turkmen State School of Culture and Arts on October 17, 2025 among students of secondary vocational schools under the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.

Students from Arkadag, Ashgabat cities and regions with a cultural and artistic orientation actively participated in this competition, including:

-Arkadag city special art school named after Sakhy Jepbarov;

- Turkmen state art secondary school under state Academy of arts of Turkmenistan;

- Danatar Owezov Turkmen State special Music School under Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen national conservatory;

- Turkmen State school of culture and art;

- Special school of art of Akhal velayat;

- Special school of art of Balkan region;

- Lebap Province Special School of Arts;

- Special school of music of Mary named after Yolaman Hummayev;

- Dashoguz special school of arts named after Makhtumkuli Garlyev 

The competition was held on the subjects "History of Art" and "Pedagogy", and test questions were presented for each subject.

This competition was also held with the aim of developing the theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, and abilities of students, developing their skills to independently work on and master the knowledge they have acquired, improving their creative skills, exchanging experiences, identifying exceptionally talented young people, and expanding creative cooperation.

The competition was very impressive and competitive, and the students who participated in it demonstrated their skills and took prize-winning places. 

In the subject "History of Art":

I place – a third year student of the Turkmen State school of culture and art Ashyrova Sona Meylisovna was awarded;

II place – a fourth year student of the Danatar Owezov Turkmen State special Music School under Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen national conservatory Khojotova Gulalek Bashimovna was awarded;

III place – a third year student of the Special school of music of Mary named after Yolaman Hummayev Nurymova Maral was awarded.

In the subject "Pedagogy":

I place – a second year student of the Special school of art of Balkan region Ashyrova Ogulbike Orazdurdyevna was awarded.

II place – a second year student of the Special school of art of Balkan region Mamiyeva Soltan Etrekdurdyevna was awarded.

III place – a third year student of the Special school of art of Akhal velayat Yaranova Guljemal Dovletgeldiyevna was awarded.

In addition, students who actively participated in the competition were awarded letters of gratitude. The competition became an important platform for exchanging experiences and further strengthening cooperation between students of secondary vocational schools. At the end of the competition, participants watched lively musical and literary compositions performed by the school's creative team. All participating students and teachers expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag, our Hero Arkadagly Serdar for creating such wonderful opportunities.
