China’s Leadership advocates deepening mutually beneficial partnership with Turkmenistan

President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping sent a letter to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, expressing gratitude for his congratulatory message on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of China.

“Since the beginning of this year, we have held two meetings during which important agreements were reached on deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Turkmenistan. These agreements have given a strong impetus to the multifaceted, mutually beneficial cooperation between our two countries.

I attach great importance to the development of China–Turkmenistan relations and am ready to work together with you to build a closer China–Turkmenistan Community of Shared Future for the benefit of our peoples,” Xi Jinping wrote.

The President of China wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health and well-being, wished friendly Turkmenistan development and prosperity, and happiness to the Turkmen people.

Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Li Qiang also sent a letter to the President of Turkmenistan. He emphasized that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of China–Turkmenistan relations and is ready to continuously deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
