Mass events to be held in Turkmenistan in honor of the Harvest Festival

At a Cabinet meeting on October 31, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Tangryguly Atahallyev reported on the results of the activities of the sector under his supervision for January–October 2025, as well as on the ongoing agricultural work in the regions.

In addition, he informed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov about preparations for the nationwide tree-planting campaign and events dedicated to the widely celebrated Harvest Festival. The aim of these events is to turn the country into a blooming garden, create forested areas, and ensure proper care for newly planted trees.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the agricultural sector plays a key role in ensuring food abundance in Turkmenistan. In this context, he highlighted the importance of further comprehensive development of the industry and strengthening its material and technical base.
