On November 3, 2025, the grand opening ceremony of the International Conference and Exhibition "Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical, and Energy Industries of Turkmenistan" (CIET 2025) took place in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, timed to coincide with the Day of Construction and Industry Workers.
The international exhibition featured products from domestic specialized enterprises and private companies. Among the participants were several leading construction, industrial, and energy companies, as well as well-known major advanced companies from various countries. These companies presented their latest technologies, new projects, and products at the exhibition. They exchanged views on opportunities for working in Turkmenistan and sought to reach new cooperation agreements.
Additionally, Turkmen companies and government agencies demonstrated their capabilities in construction, industry, energy, and other fields. These enterprises are working to develop new technological projects and expand cooperation with foreign partners.
The forum's program covers important topics such as sustainable development, investment, cooperation, and innovation.
The organizers are the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya," the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, the State Agency for the Management of Automobile Roads, as well as the Hyakimlik of the city of Ashgabat and the "Turkmen Energy Forum" business society.
Modern Avaza is a symbol of Turkmenistan's openness and development. Charter flights and accommodation in the best hotels were organized for the delegates, where guests were provided with comfortable conditions and Turkmen hospitality.
Currently, the construction and industrial sectors are developing at a high pace in our beloved Motherland, along with all sectors of the national economy. Tasks are being successfully solved to create innovative industries in the construction and industrial complex, build large industrial enterprises, increase the capacity for the production of import-substituting products, and increase the export capabilities of the industry, and introduce a digital economy into the system. Many new exemplary cities, towns, and modern villages have been created, embodying the creative spirit of our era in the national architectural style inherited from our ancestors.
These include educational institutions, sports facilities, residential buildings, parks, luxury hotels, sports and recreation, medical centers, sanatoriums, high-speed highways, large industrial and production complexes, and other buildings and structures. In addition, the construction of many of them is being carried out on a large scale.
Today's international exhibition and high-level scientific conference will serve as an interactive platform for negotiations, demonstration of innovative developments, and exchange of experience in the application of technologies in practice.
Delegates participating in the international exhibition and conference will be able to familiarize themselves with the achievements of modern Turkmenistan, innovative technologies aimed at improving living conditions in cities and villages through the development of the construction industry, one of the promising and rapidly developing sectors of the national economy. Teachers and students of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction took an active part in the opening ceremony of the international exhibition and international conference.
CIET 2025 reflects Turkmenistan's strategic vision, based on innovation, cooperation, and sustainable development. The forum brings together representatives of business, science, and government, strengthening the country's role as a center for construction and energy cooperation in Eurasia.
