President of Turkmenistan addressed the Central Asia + United States Summit

During his working visit to Washington, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov participated in the Central Asia + United States Summit. The high-level meeting, chaired by US President Donald Trump, was also attended by the Presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.
In his speech, Serdar Berdimuhamedov thanked President Donald Trump for the invitation to participate in the Central Asia + United States Summit and noted the positive progress achieved since the establishment of this partnership format.
As emphasized, our country is committed to expanding cooperation in strategically important areas such as security, economics, energy, and environmental protection. Expressing confidence that the Summit's outcomes will contribute to the further expansion of the multilateral partnership between Central Asia and the United States, the head of state thanked President Donald Trump for the warm welcome.
The head of state also noted that cooperation within the C5+1 format is intended to promote the sustainable development of the region.
