Heads of Foreign Ministries of Turkmenistan and Turkey discuss prospects for further cooperation

On November 13, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Hakan Fidan.
The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Turkmen-Turkish relations, noting the high level of political dialogue and the desire to further strengthen strategic partnership between the two fraternal states.
They highlighted the positive experience of Turkmenistan-Turkey cooperation within international and regional structures, primarily within the UN and the OIC.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on preparations for the International Forum on Peace and Trust, which will be held on December 12 of this year in Ashgabat.
