Multilingualism as a Tool for International Cooperation

On November 21, 2025, a scientific and practical conference was held in the conference hall of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The conference aimed at widely promoting Turkmenistan's priorities, as expressed by the Esteemed President in his historic speech at the plenary session of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

At the beginning of the scientific and practical conference, the university faculty and students expressed gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag, and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their efforts to strengthen the important role of our permanent neutrality in the international arena, to qualitatively improve the standard of living of our people, and to successfully implement the chosen foreign policy of neutral Turkmenistan. During the conference, it was noted that the esteemed President, in his speech at the plenary session of the 80th anniversary session of the UN General Assembly, proposed declaring an International Day of Multilingual Diplomacy, symbolizing the high appreciation of the role of multilingual diplomacy in developing dialogue between cultures. Currently, the study and mastery of international languages ​​by our youth, who represent our bright future, is a key objective of educational policy. Multilingualism is a dialogue of hearts and a tool for international cooperation. Multilingualism is the key to the success of this dialogue in cultural and humanitarian cooperation. At the conclusion of the scientific and practical conference, the university faculty and students wished the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar continued success in their ongoing efforts to enhance the international prestige of our country, and wished the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, good health and a long life.
