"To regularly hold creative competitions among young people", and also in honor of the International Day of Neutrality - the significant 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, with the aim of educating young people in the spirit of patriotism, developing creative abilities, bringing the peoples of the world closer together through literary translations and identifying talented young translators, in the creative competition "Art that Unites Hearts", announced among young translators by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Office of the Peace Fund of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Youth Organization named after Makhtumkuli and the editorial board of the magazine "World Literature", Mahrem Babamuradova, a student of the extended group of the Faculty of Linguistics of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, took third place and was awarded a Certificate of Honor and a valuable gift.
