231 citizens pardoned in Turkmenistan in honor of the 30th anniversary of Neutrality

On December 6, during an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree pardoning 231 citizens on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality.
Secretary of the State Security Council, Chairperson of the Commission for Preparing Proposals on Citizenship and Pardon under the President of Turkmenistan, Begench Gundogdyev, was instructed to take the necessary measures, together with the heads of law enforcement agencies, to ensure that all those released from places of detention return to their families in the near future.
The President of Turkmenistan wished the pardoned citizens to work conscientiously, serve the Motherland, and enjoy the fruits of their honest labor.
