Opening of a Branch of the Turkmenistan Charity Fund in Avaza

On December 9, a ceremony was held in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza” to mark the opening of a branch of the Charity Fund named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which provides assistance to children in need of guardianship. The new branch of the Fund will serve as a coordination center for organizing charitable and cultural events, as well as medical consultations for children.

At the ceremony, Oguldzahan Atabaeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charity Fund, spoke about the significance of this historic event. She expressed strong confidence that it would become a worthy gift for the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, coinciding with the International Year of Peace and Trust. It was emphasized that peace and trust are the foundation of humanitarian values and the country’s foreign policy activities.

Following this, Oguldzahan Atabaeva, to the enthusiastic applause of the audience, officially opened the facility by cutting the symbolic ribbon.

Participants of the event were introduced to the conditions created in the new modern building of the Fund’s branch, which is equipped with advanced facilities. This is yet another demonstration of the state’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the healthy development of the country’s younger generation.

The ceremony concluded with a demonstration by the national equestrian games group “Galkynyş.”
