A new higher education institution has been included in the international list of global universities.

In accordance with the order "To carry out organizational work to include higher professional educational institutions in international rankings," set out in paragraph 197 of the Program of Measures implemented by the President of Turkmenistan within the framework of the "Program for the Socioeconomic Development of the Country for 2022-2028," the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs has been included in the UI Green Metric international ranking of world universities, which is compiled annually by Universitas Indonesia (UI).

Based on the 2025 results, 1,745 universities from 105 countries participated in the ranking in the fields of infrastructure and buildings, energy and climate change, waste management, water resources management, green transport, education and research. The International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs ranked 1,103rd among the most sustainable higher education institutions.
