President of Turkmenistan and Foreign Guests laid flowers at the Monument of Neutrality

On December 12, Turkmenistan celebrates an important holiday – the 30th anniversary of achieving permanent Neutrality, which has been recognized by the UN three times. A key event of the festive day was the ceremonial laying of flowers at the Monument of Neutrality, highlighting Turkmenistan’s unwavering commitment to the principles of peace, humanism, and constructive development.

The ceremony was attended, alongside the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the heads of Central Asian states, leaders of Turkey, Iran, and Pakistan, as well as the President of Armenia and the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan.

The presence of such a distinguished group of participants gives the Forum unprecedented significance, confirming the international recognition and relevance of Turkmenistan’s neutral doctrine.
