Official Website of the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Launched in Turkmenistan

The official website of the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov – hemayat.gov.tm – has begun operation.

The platform was created to make the Fund’s activities as transparent and accessible as possible for both Turkmen citizens and international partners. The website provides information on the Fund’s mission and areas of work, publishes news, photo and video materials, useful guidance, and contact details.

The Fund was established in March 2021 on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Its main objectives include providing comprehensive support to children without parental care, financing complex medical operations and treatments, rehabilitation and health improvement, social adaptation, as well as developing international cooperation in the field of child rights protection.

Over four years of operation, the Fund has assisted hundreds of children, financing more than 700 surgical procedures and rehabilitation programs. Dozens of charitable projects have been implemented both in Turkmenistan and abroad. The Fund opened a branch in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza,” actively cooperates with the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and continues to expand its partnership network.
