The declaration of 2026 in the socio-political life of our country as the Year of “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses” became a historic event that inspired and uplifted the hearts of our people. This motto embodies the unshakable foundations of Independence, the global prestige of permanent Neutrality, as well as the great aspirations and ambitions of the Turkmen people that have endured through the centuries.
