Pedagogical Institute of Turkmenistan to host conference on teacher professional development

The Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi will organize an educational and methodological conference on January 30 titled "Modern Methods of Teacher Professional Development: Research and New Perspectives."

The institute invites teachers from higher and secondary professional pedagogical educational institutions, secondary general education schools, preschool institutions, as well as specialists from the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan and teachers from professional development centers under the Main Education Departments of the city of Ashgabat and the country's velayats to participate in the conference.

It is expected that the forum will examine modern methods and scientific approaches to improving pedagogical skills, topics related to studying and disseminating best foreign and national practices, the practical significance of teacher professional development activities within the framework of international cooperation, and the introduction of the latest teaching methods into the educational process while ensuring students' complete mastery of curriculum content.
