BOOKS AS A CHRONICLE OF OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

In the new historical era, thanks to the efforts of the National Leader Hero Arkadag and the Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar, our country is carrying out large-scale initiatives of global significance. International forums and events, aimed at a peaceful future, demonstrate the growing prestige and authority of our stable state and happy people, confidently moving forward at the swift pace of a noble steed. In the Year of International Peace and Trust, and on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, high-level international conferences and celebrations held in the capital clearly confirmed this to the world community.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality, a new book by the Esteemed President entitled “The Neutrality of Turkmenistan – A Bright Path of Peace and Trust” was published and widely presented to readers. To mark this event, the library of Secondary School No. 147 in Ashgabat organized an educational and promotional meeting, during which the content and significance of the book were thoroughly discussed.

Since its unanimous recognition by the UN General Assembly on December 12, 1995, Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality has become an important factor in ensuring regional and global stability. It embodies the national values of peace, hospitality, friendship, and harmony. Neutrality is a natural continuation of the history, culture, and spiritual heritage of the Turkmen people and represents an active, open, and peace-oriented foreign policy.
