HEALTHY LIFESTYLE - HAPPY FUTURE

In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, every significant initiative is rooted in the noble goals established by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and worthily continued by our Arkadagly Hero Serdar. These objectives are centered on ensuring a peaceful, prosperous, and tranquil life for our people, and particularly for our younger generations.

Guided by the inspiring words of our Honorable President—“I firmly believe that the youth of our country will fulfill their sacred duty to their parents and their homeland and grow up to be worthy individuals”—a creative competition titled "HEALTHY LIFESTYLE — HAPPY FUTURE" was held among female students. This event was organized by the Women's Organization in cooperation with the various faculties of the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the competition rules, the female students, adorned in traditional keteni dresses that preserve Turkmen national heritage, introduced themselves through the recitation of artistic poetry. As the competition progressed, an engaging discussion unfolded based on proverbs and legends imbued with deep meaning regarding the value of time. For the subsequent stage, students performed theatrical scenes drawn from literary works or student life, demonstrating how they utilize their time efficiently to enrich their vocabulary and expand their worldviews.

The segment dedicated to creating modern handicrafts was both fascinating and highly competitive, while students from various faculties performed songs praising our modern era with great pride.

During the concluding moments, the jury noted that the participants successfully demonstrated how time management serves as a foundation for a healthy lifestyle and a happy future. Furthermore, Seýýara Saparowa, Chairperson of the University’s Women's Organization, emphasized to the students that the value of time is measured through healthy nutrition and the diligent practice of a healthy lifestyle. She stressed that time must be treated as a precious resource—to be used respectfully, economically, and purposefully.
