A tour to historical monuments was organized

On January 29, 2026, in order to make good use of the free time of students of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, a tour was organized to the monuments located on the territory of The State Historical and Cultural Park “Ancient Merv” in the Mary velayat. This place is one of the oldest and best-preserved cities located on the Great Silk Road. Currently, Merv, located in the fertile valley of the Murghab river and significantly different from other cities, has become one of the most visited places where excursions are often organized. During the tour, students visited Kyz-kala, Erk-kala and the Mausoleum of Sultan Sanjar, and got acquainted with detailed historical information about each of the historical artifacts and monuments. The participants of the excursion express words of gratitude and appreciation to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for all the opportunities being created.
