The State Committee of Turkmenistan on Statistics, in collaboration with UNICEF, presented the results of the Seventh Round of the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS7), providing the most comprehensive and reliable data on the situation of children and women in the country.
The survey became an important milestone in Turkmenistan's long-term participation in the global MICS program, which has been implemented in the country since 1995 and has already covered five previous rounds.
The obtained data provide a comprehensive picture of children's health, nutrition, education, protection, and well-being. They serve as a foundation for evidence-based decision-making, help identify priority areas of work, and strengthen systems aimed at protecting the rights and development of every child.
