At the Government meeting, Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Bayramgul Orazdurdyyeva reported on the results of work carried out in the subordinate structures in January of the current year.
As reported, during the period under review, reforms continued aimed at introducing advanced teaching methods into educational activities, fostering an educated generation, and improving the professional training of teachers.
In January, work continued in accordance with the State Program "Saglyk", with planned activities carried out in healthcare and preventive institutions. At the same time, measures were taken to develop physical education, sports, and the Olympic movement in the country, as well as to prepare athletes for the Olympic Games and major international competitions.
Summarizing the report, the President noted the need to further improve the activities of the scientific and educational sector, healthcare, and sports. In this context, the Head of State instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to pay special attention to the work of educational institutions to train youth in line with contemporary realities, as well as to develop healthcare based on international experience, promote sports, and train professional athletes.
