In order to implement the Action Plan outlined in the State Programme for the Development of the Library System of Turkmenistan for 2025–2029, the Bazar Amanov State Children’s Library, in cooperation with the “Mahabat” Directorate of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan, organized a creative competition among school students entitled “Children’s Imagination — The Magic Pen of creativity” within the framework of the Year “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — the Land of the Swift Horse and High Aspirations.”

The competition aimed to encourage young people to pursue education, expand incentive mechanisms for engaging school students in the social and cultural life of the country, identify and promote the best initiatives, and reveal children’s creative talents, abilities, and original ideas.
