Extensive Work Was Done in Turkmenistan in 2025 to develop the scientific and educational sphere

The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for science, education, healthcare, sports, youth, and public affairs reported on the results of activities by subordinate structures for 2025.

During the period under review, international scientific-practical and educational-methodological conferences and olympiads were held. Students and pupils, having successfully performed at international subject and internet olympiads, were awarded various medals.

Corresponding work was carried out to improve the field of science and increase the effectiveness of scientific research. Admissions were made to postgraduate and doctoral programs in scientific fields, applicants for academic degrees were registered, and dissertations were defended. On the occasion of Science Day, an international scientific conference "Science, Technology and Innovative Technologies in the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of a Powerful State" was held, and an award ceremony for winners of the competition of scientific works among youth was organized.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of further improving the work of educational institutions, widely introducing appropriate technologies, improving the quality of specialist training to enhance personnel professionalism, continuing to conduct research activities, and expanding the scope of international cooperation in this field.
