Regular online consultations are held to improve the "e-Mekdep" system

The Innovation and Information Center (IIC) of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan conducts regular online consultations with the participation of all velayats to improve the operation of the "e-Mekdep" management system. These sessions are held every Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 via video conference (telebridge).

During the online sessions, specialists exchange experience regarding the use of the system. Center specialists provide detailed answers to technical questions related to the implementation of the "e-Mekdep" electronic education platform. Representatives of velayat schools put forward their proposals to make the "e-Mekdep" system even more effective. Additionally, during the consultations, experiences in implementing the management system are shared, and emerging difficulties are discussed.

Furthermore, during the online meetings, specific information is provided regarding the reporting and procedures for using "e-Mekdep" across the velayats. This helps maintain the digital education system in a uniform and correct manner throughout the country.

Such meetings are held on a regular basis in accordance with the approved work plan of the IIC and are aimed at supporting the successful rollout of the system in all regions of the country. During the latest consultation, center staff reviewed submitted questions in detail and provided the necessary practical explanations for the correct operation of the platform on-site.

Representatives of velayat schools showed great interest in mastering the platform and confirmed their readiness for its implementation. Following the meeting, all received technical questions are analyzed in detail, which will ensure the effective operation of the "e-Mekdep" system across the entire territory of Turkmenistan.

"e-Mekdep" is a digital platform that unites school directors, teachers, parents, and students into a single information environment. The system transitions the core processes of school life into an electronic format: documentation management, reporting, organization of the educational process, and interaction between all participants in the educational process.
