2026 has confidently entered new milestones of prosperity under the proud motto: “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses.” The 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence lends this significant year a special solemnity and profound meaning. The swift run of the akhalteke horse symbolizes all our achievements and our determined progress toward lofty goals. In this regard, on February 25, 2026, the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, in cooperation with the Altyn Asyr TV channel, prepared an interview entitled “The Land of Akhalteke Horses Racing Toward Happiness.”
