S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University is actively intensifying international relations in the field of education. During February, several educational, methodological, and scientific-practical consultations were held at the higher education institution via digital systems with foreign partners. These events were aimed at exchanging experience and modernizing the quality of education.
On February 19, during a consultation held with specialists from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy, the specifics of accounting in Belarusian enterprises were discussed. The keynote speech was delivered by Irina Zhurova, Candidate of Economic Sciences. Additionally, on February 26, the parties met again, focusing on the importance of the digital economy for sustainable development, particularly on innovative directions.
The issue of efficient use of water resources was discussed on February 24 with the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. During the online meeting, Rahman Geldiyev, a department head at the university, shared interesting information regarding Turkmenistan's extensive experience in combating the salinization of irrigated lands.
Technical innovations were also not overlooked. On February 25, a special lesson on the structure and adjustment of the transmission of "John Deere 6M" tractors was organized together with specialists from the Swiss company "John Deere International GmbH." Not only students but also teachers from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute participated in the seminar, learning the intricacies of technical maintenance.
The final international consultation of February was held on the 27th with the V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University (Russia) in the field of veterinary medicine. Vladimir Zaitsev, Candidate of Biological Sciences, gave a comprehensive presentation on the clinical features of chicken eimeriosis. These consultations represent a significant step for future specialists in mastering world-class knowledge.
