Appreciation Meeting Held at the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry

An appreciation meeting was held at the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan with the participation of heads and employees of relevant institutions. During the speeches, the significance of the "National Strategy for the Development of Scientific-Medical Diplomacy in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052," approved by the Decree signed by the honorable President on March 6, and the plan of measures for the implementation of this Strategy for 2026–2030 were discussed.

It was specifically noted at the meeting that previously adopted large-scale programs set clear tasks for the further development of the healthcare system. The "National Strategy for the Development of Scientific-Medical Diplomacy in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052" also places great importance on increasing the scientific-educational and creative potential of healthcare, holding international events, and organizing foreign trips for medical workers as well as visits by leading specialists to our country for the purpose of exchanging experience.

The speakers emphasized that the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care plays a major role in promoting scientific-medical diplomacy and humanitarian principles.

Participants of the meeting focused specifically on the upcoming tasks in accordance with the "National Strategy for the Development of Scientific-Medical Diplomacy in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052" and the plan of measures for its implementation for 2026–2030.

Expressing sincere gratitude for the adoption of important documents that have opened new horizons for the advancement of the healthcare system in the year "Independent neutral Turkmenistan − the homeland of purposeful winged horses," the participants of the meeting adopted an Address to the honorable President and the Hero-Arkadag.
