An online working meeting on the establishment of the Lu Ban Workshop was held at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University

Thanks to the wise domestic and foreign policy of the President of Turkmenistan, esteemed Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the implementation of modern reforms, initiatives aimed at the welfare of the people and internationally significant projects, as well as his innovative humanitarian approach focused on long-term international cooperation, Turkmenistan, our homeland, and our courageous people are gaining even higher authority and prestige in the world.

On October 18, 2024, in Xi’an, China, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, Xi’an Petroleum University, Hebei University of Petroleum and Technical Studies, the National Oil and Gas Corporation of China, and the China Association for International Educational Exchange with the aim of establishing the Lu Ban Workshop in Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the signed Memorandum of Understanding, an online working seminar was held with the participation of the leaders and specialists from Xi’an Petroleum University, Hebei University of Petroleum and Technical Studies, and the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University to discuss the establishment of the Lu Ban Workshop in Turkmenistan and the organization of its activities. During the meeting, it was noted that, under the Memorandum of Cooperation with Chinese higher education institutions, the ongoing work in the fields of science and education, as well as the training of future specialists, will yield positive results. In addition, it was emphasized that the work being carried out in Turkmenistan to open the Lu Ban Workshop is being implemented in accordance with the set objectives.

At the conclusion of the working meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude to the Hero Arkadag and the Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the opportunities created for cooperation in the fields of science and education, as well as for the exchange of experience with prestigious foreign specialized universities, companies, and research centers.
