INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM REACHES NEW HEIGHTS

The educational system of our country, advancing with the speed of an Akhal-Teke steed, is consistently modernizing to meet international standards through mutually beneficial exchanges with prestigious foreign higher educational establishments. Guided by these noble principles, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “V.N. TatishchevAstrakhan State University” of the Russian Federation. Reflecting a shared interest in establishing collaborative relations between the two universities, this document is aimed at deepening scientific coordination, integrating innovative achievements into the educational process, and ensuring the sustainable development of cultural ties.

Within the framework of the Agreement, the parties reached an understanding to exchange educational and methodological documentation to ensure the quality of educational programs, as well as to implement academic mobility aimed at enhancing the professional qualifications of students, faculty, and researchers. The document provides for conducting fundamental and applied research in the fields of science and education, implementing joint innovative projects, and ensuring active participation in international scientific conferences, symposia, and exhibitions. Furthermore, the parties reached significant agreements to establish the exchange of scientific publications and textbooks highlighting the achievements of both higher educational establishments, as well as to collaboratively develop distance learning programs.

At the end of the signing ceremony, participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero-Arkadag, and our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar for providing every opportunity to modernize the education system and further strengthening the bonds of friendship and brotherhood between the two nations, and wished them sound health, long life and great success in all their noble endeavors aimed at the development of international cooperation.
