Representatives of Turkmen and Russian universities discussed cooperation issues in Ashgabat

On March 31, a meeting was held at the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University with representatives of the V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University of the Russian Federation. As part of the visit, the guests familiarized themselves with the university's training centers, laboratories, and agro-site. They also toured an exhibition of students' scientific projects.

During the talks, the parties highly praised the efforts of the heads of the two states to develop cooperation in the field of science and education. The importance of ongoing mutually beneficial work in training specialists was emphasized, and it was noted that these relations are being brought to a new level.

The meeting reviewed the international relations of the Turkmen Agricultural University, specifically the cooperation established with leading Russian universities. During the active discussion, the parties detailed a draft "Roadmap" including a plan for implementing joint projects.

At the conclusion of the event, participants wished for the further prosperity of interstate relations and cooperation in the educational sphere. The guests expressed their sincere gratitude to the leadership of our country for creating extensive opportunities to improve the science and education system.
