Winners of the Lebap Velayat Stage of the "Educator of the Year — 2026" Contest Announced

The velayat stage of the "Educator of the Year — 2026" contest was held at Kindergarten No. 41 in the city of Turkmenabat, Lebap velayat. It was organized by the Main Education Department of the velayat and the velayat association of the Trade Unions of Turkmenistan.

Educators who won the city and etrap stages participated in the contest.

According to the terms of the competition, the educators presented videos showcasing their work, submitted methodological guides, and conducted a lesson with the children.

The judges paid special attention to the organizational level of the lesson, the educator's ability to use visual aids and engage the children, as well as their creative approach.

As a result, Leyli Shirova, an educator at Kindergarten No. 24 in Kerki etrap, Nasiba Tagayeva, an educator at Kindergarten No. 48 in the city of Turkmenabat, and Zulfiya Hemrayeva, an educator at Kindergarten No. 3 in Charjew etrap, took first, second, and third places, respectively. Badam Mammedova, an educator at Kindergarten No. 24 in Danew etrap, and Maya Jumayeva, an educator at Kindergarten No. 9 in Garabekewul etrap, received incentive prizes.
