On Арrеl 2, 2026, the Department of Real Estate Management within the Faculty of Economics and Management held a session of the "Young Appraiser" scientific circle. Members of the circle, including trainee teacher O.Durdyyeva, along with several students, presented reports on their completed research activities. The reports were delivered using multimedia presentations and animated graphic materials.
During the session, Senior Lecturer S. Myradova delivered a keynote presentation on the topic: "Key Advantages of Investing in Real Estate Objects." In her address, the senior lecturer provided an analysis of demand in the real estate market, defining it as a comprehensive set of rights to land plots, buildings, and structures within civil circulation, which buyers are prepared to acquire at established prices during a specific period.
It was confirmed that, ceteris paribus (all other factors being equal), the demand for real estate is inversely proportional to its price. The formation of demand is contingent upon several categories of factors: economic, social, natural-climatic, political-administrative, and environmental. The session concluded by emphasizing that real estate remains the most durable of all available asset classes, which substantially enhances investment reliability and serves to mitigate various financial risks.
