CREATIVE COMPETITION HELD AMONG SCHOOL STUDENTS 

A creative competition among students of grades 10–12 was held in the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat. The event was organized by the district education department as part of the celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of the country’s Independence and a thematic year dedicated to promoting national values and cultural heritage.

The competition was conducted in two stages and aimed to foster students’ interest in literature and creativity while identifying talented youth. Participants were asked to continue poetic lines presented by the jury, which allowed them to demonstrate their vocabulary, poetic skills, and creative thinking abilities. The evaluation criteria included artistic quality, rhyme and rhythm, and the depth of thematic expression.

Following the results, the top-performing students were awarded certificates of honor and commemorative gifts. The best works are expected to be published in the media. The organizers emphasized the importance of such events for developing the creative potential of the younger generation and preserving national traditions.
