On April 20, 2026, declared in the year of “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” a roundtable meeting titled “Turkmenistan–China: New Horizons of Good-Neighborly Cooperation” was held in cooperation with the “Altyn asyr: Türkmenistan” television channel, with the participation of the faculty of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University. The event was organized on the occasion of the ceremony marking the launch of the fourth phase of development of the Galkynysh gas field, the opening of the Luban Workshop in Turkmenistan at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University and the establishment of the Turkmen-Chinese Energy Training Center.
